| btw guys i only have one question i need answered and any one you with BG1 and BG2 exp. can answer this .. i know you guys where farming the messanger in bg 2 cause he gives you like 200 honor pts per kill ... but in bg1 does he only do this once the first time killed or every time you kil him like in bg2 ... cause if he only gives you points the first time you kill him in bg1 an no more points are awarded there after .. then there was a bug in bg2 ... and thats how they are saying you explioted the bg2 map cause it is a bug ... now i myself am still new and have only been to one bg battle and never even saw a messanger .. so i dont know and i didnt plan on going to any more bg's till i was 70+ and so if i went to bg2 at that time i wouldnt know i was explioting a bug ... and i dont want that to happen to anyone else ... plus i hate to say but if this is true about the messanger in bg1 being diffrent from the bg2 one and you guys noticed it then you did epliot the game ... do i think a ban was called for no, but would you deserve a for of punishment yes . so maybe they went to far with a ban ... if its not diffent and the bg1 messenger repeatedly gives points per kill... then you where wrongfully accused .. either way we are all human and make mistakes and i am still with the guild no matter what ... you have all become good friends ... and thats where i want to be with my friends ...

| i think its part of the BG mechanics...i cant see that its an expliot or bug. 1.someone kills our messenger and take the book...he can register it or he will get killed on the way and drops the book...
we take the book and our messenger respawns with full health
2.someone kills our messenger and dont take the book...ok most of the time someone of us is around and pick it up so what
happens is that our messenger respawns with full health
but what happens when nobody is around to pick it up...nothing special just our messenger spawns with full health... so where is the exploit or bug?
i was not aware that i do something wrong and i cant see that it is so...
i will get to another POV now
you will get punished when you have a hard fight?...what if we killed the messenger 10 times and they managed to get the book back 10 times...is this exploiting bc the attackers get 2000 honor points?...is it fair that only the one who first killed the messenger get points and all the others who killed the messenger after him get nothing?...is it legal to farm honor points when the other faction is helping you (like dragon kill messenger,tiger take book,...then the other way around)? maybe i can see it when i know how they change the NPC...because i cant figure out a way to change this without to break the mechanics of a standing PvP game mode...

| no ben i dont think its fair that the first kill be the only kill to give points ... BUT weather or not i think its right or fair .. if those are the rules then those are the rules ... and WE as players have to Abide by them .. So if the bg2 messenger is bugged by giving out points every kill instead of just once like he is supposed to then its a bug and you guys took advantage of it and got caught knowingly or unknowingly....I still dont think the punishment fits the crime cause some of you proby didnt know its was a bug ...but a puinsihment is still warented .. and like i said it doesnt change my feelig about you guys .. i would have probly done it too but in my case with no bg EXP... i wouldnt have known better unless someone told me ... and i still feel like this is the best guild i have ever been in .. in any game ... so you will still be my friends and i will follow the guild anywhere it goes with any decision it makes ..

| i dont think the BG2 messenger is bugged...its the same in BG1 you kill the messenger...you get points for it...they managed to respawn the messenger...you go kill him again...you get points again...they got the book in time...messenger respawns...an other player managed to kill him...he get points for it... the messenger in BG2 are the same as in BG1...they follow the same rules only that they are higher lvl
so i only wanted to answer your question and you can see that we are not taking advantage of any bug/exploit/glitch
i will always play by the rule but if there wasnt a rule i cant abide it... drax no offense taken you are a guildy and friend and your interest in that case is cool because you can maybe see something that we who are in it cant,and thx for the backup mate

| after a couple of tests in bg1 on the test server, you could farm it there as well.
The point of the matter is that yall weren't completing the objectives which is what the messengers were part of. There is a system, a mode to how its supposed to be used.
Kill the messenger -> get the book -> deliver the book.
Everyone keep saying theres an empty BG, so there should be absolutely NOTHING stopping you from doing that.
In the end it turned out like so:
Kill the messenger -> not get the book -> Kill the messenger
SO even if yall think it was unfair and EVERYONE DOESN'T think its an exploit, SonoV did, and they sent the fix today. SO we all have opinions on it but it won't matter soon.

| ah you see its the same on BG1...you can farm there also and even faster... when there are rules of how i have to play BG then why there are nowhere in the forums or ToS... SonoV can think about a lot stuff when the day is long...when they think its an exploit why implement it...how does the fix look like? when all opinions wont matter...why should we have one...the opinion of others count but ours wont matter...it was a opinion from peoples that started all...
they can take my honor point and set but they cant take my opinion about this case...my opinion stands...we didnt do something wrong. if we realy only farm points how come that BG2 is winning every war we are in...you cant win with only farming points...
we also do the objectives when tigers are on and when we see that they are gone even then we keep watch on how many objectives we got so we win BG2 SO even if yall think it was fair and EVERYONE DOES think its an exploit, PsychoBen didnt,and i got the proof today.SO aeria have opinions on it but it wont
matter to me. (because my opinion also wont matter to them...smart move to bann the whole account so we cant defend ourselves in the forums)

| In order to put any opinions on the DS forums you must create a new account.
But believe me...its 100% useless,I used my second acount and all I got was flames,they consider it an exploit, and nothing on this world will take that out of their minds.
As long the days start to passing by, and our intentions to move to the tiger side are more than obvius, I see that they are trying so hard to low the profile of this hunt.
''We will ban the tigers too,we are studing new information on who else exploited the bug,the ban is coming in waves...bla bla bla''
When all this started I was really upset,now...I dont give a shit.
Monday is close,so when the time comes, we will see how all this evolve.

| How can you do it faster? Unlike BG2 there are actually peeps in BG1, its bursting at the seems. SonoV didn't know about it because no one had done it before til you guys did, if they know somethings broke they just don't leave it in there hoping it'll straighten itself out in the end. If they dont feel its an exploit they're not attempt to correct it. They say its an unintended benefit, which is an exploit according to Aeria Games Policies. Also in the copy of the email you showed that you tried to cover up exactly what you were doing when emailing the GMs, and then when panda put people all out into the open after having to deal with stuff from some of our lower members, he goes to the forums and test server and proves you don't do as you said. You say you have 3+ times panda's stats, so u have 6k+ attack and 3K+ defense?
